Kızıl Elma, developed by Baykar, is Turkey's first unmanned combat aircraft. The Kızıl Elma completed its first flight on December 14, 2022. It is capable of flying at both subsonic and supersonic speeds, and its ability to take off and land from short-deck aircraft carriers is a notable feature. Kızıl Elma is equipped with an AESA radar, providing excellent situational awareness, and it has automated takeoff and landing capabilities.
